Despite their relatively young age compared to age of the club the Colts have enjoyed some success over the past 15 years. They won there first cup in 1992 beating Leithen Rovers 2-1 to lift the walls cup. Then also in that same season the won the Wright Cup defeating Kelso Thistle 2-0. To top off what was a successful season they gained promotion to Division B after finishing second in the league to Stow. The following year they again reached the Walls Cup final but this time were beaten by Kelso Thistle 1-0. They also reached the Wright Cup final where they played Hawick United in the Final and the game finished 2-2, but the colts lost the replay 3-2. To finish what was to become a disappointing season the Colts were relegated despite having the Fourth Best Goal Difference in the league.
